Your
garden
to tend

Tending to our mental health is akin to tending a garden. The essential ingredients in our gardens were supplied by the caretakers and community (or lack thereof) that we grew up with. As adults, many of us realize our gardens are not easy places for growing, let alone thriving.

Therapy is a space to tend to yourself in a loving, sustainable way. Here you can cultivate trust and connection while you work on reclaiming your garden.

Feeling things is a beautiful thing, feeling too much can be overwhelming and even debilitating.

Sometimes we’re living based on our fears rather than living based on our values – this is exhausting. Anxiety is also a very common symptom of undiagnosed PTSD or ADHD/Autism

Trauma-oriented depth psychotherapy helps unburden ourselves from extreme beliefs learned in complicated childhoods.

Working with your brain and body is much easier than working against it day in and day out. Let's explore your neurotype so we can leverage your strengths to create greater ease.

Queer people deserve high-quality, affirming care that’s informed by the highest standards of care. In addition to counseling, I write letters for gender affirming services.

Sex work is a complicated occupation that requires a lot of emotional labor – let this be a space for you to be your most authentic self.

We’re better together!

About Me

I’m an AuDHD queer with a background in sex work and solidarity that lead me to practicing therapy as a clinical social worker.

Hands down, the relationship is the most transformational aspect of therapy. I’m here to build relationships that sustain your growth and healing, as well as your connection to community and the earth.

I borrow from systems theory, depth psychology, and somatic practices that increase your emotion regulation, compassion for self and others, and clarify the values you want to live your life by.
